Job Description/Responsibilities

Role Purpose : Lead end-to-end TA across functions and locations, including leadership and community hiring. The role will drive hiring, stakeholder engagement, team management, and talent pipeline development to support organizational growth and impact.
Reporting To: Head HR/ National Head HR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead leadership, critical, and community hiring initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.
- Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Independently lead weekly hiring review calls with stakeholders to track recruitment progress, address bottlenecks, align on priorities& ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, institutions, and community networks.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer brand.
- Track recruitment metrics, MIS, and process compliance.
- Support diversity, inclusion, and community outreach hiring programs.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA-HR preferred).
- 7-9 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in team handling and leadership hiring.
- Exposure to NGO, education, social development, or service sectors preferred.
