Job Description – Head HR/ National Head HR
Location: New Delhi

Reporting To: Operations Director
Role Purpose: The Head – HR will lead and strengthen the overall Human Resources function. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership across talent acquisition, HR compliance, people operations, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives. The incumbent will play a key role in building a high-performing, values-driven, and employee-centric organization that supports the Foundation's mission and growth aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR strategy and people agenda aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning across functions and locations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, HR policies, and governance standards.
- Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HRMS, and process excellence.
- Lead performance management, employee engagement
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, change management, and people-related decisions.
- Mentor a high-performing HR team.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 15+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience in NGOs, education, social development, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, HR Operations, and Culture Building.
