Job Description/Responsibilities

JD -The CSR fundraiser will be responsible for CSR funds by identifying engaging and

managing corporate partners. The role involves proposal development compliance

with CSR regulations, donor relationship management and coordination with

internal terms for successful implementations and reporting of CSR funds projects.

. KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Identify and map potential corporate donors.
• Design and launch skill development initiatives aligned with the company's CSR

goals.

• Collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and educational institutions.
• Track program impact and ensure objectives are met.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with CSR Heads, Corporate leaders and

foundations.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Experience: - Graduate in any discipline 5 years in relevant field

BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Corporate Networking for CSR Fundraising.
• Experience in CSR, Excellent Communication skills, negotiation and presentations.
• Strong project management, understanding of CSR regulations and complain.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and follow-ups with prospective CSR Parter.
• Achieve assigned fundraising targets through, CSR grants.
• Market and policy Awareness.
