Job Description/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B growth strategy aligned with the

organizations objectives to expand enterprise sales, partnership pipelines, and

organizational footprint.

• Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of corporate and institutional opportunities that

drive revenue, strategic collaborations, and long-term business value.

• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, contract closures, and pricing

frameworks with business partners.

• Identify, evaluate, and engage with corporate partners, industry bodies, NGOs,

universities, training institutions, and corporate CSR units.

• Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships, maintaining regular

engagement, partnership roadmaps, and growth plans.

• Represent IGCSM at industry events, trade shows, federations, and business forums

to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

• Lead a high-performing B2B sales and partnerships team across regions, set

targets, KPIs, performance metrics, and growth objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing, delivery, operations, and product teams to design

partnership programs, co-branded initiatives, and customized solutions.

• Drive internal processes to ensure seamless partner onboarding, project delivery,

partner satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, new

sectors, and business development opportunities.

• Provide insights to senior leadership on market demand, pricing strategies, and

partnership models that enhance IGCSMs competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related

discipline (MBA preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, partnerships, or sales

leadership roles, preferably in education, training, HR services, or a related sector.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, building partnerships,

and closing complex commercial deals.

• Strong understanding of institutional and enterprise sales cycles, negotiation, and

stakeholder management.
